We are seeking a full-time e-Business Manager to establish and oversee our company’s e-business. This individual will partner with multiple cross-functional teams to enable a deep understanding of the customer needs and pain points while keeping abreast of trends in the education technology field. The E-Commerce Manager will formulate strategies to improve the performance of the online outlet while leveraging our existing customer base to drive traffic and increase market share.

Provide inspirational leadership and direction to direct report team and ensure the continued development and management of a professional and efficient e-store website and overall organization.
Cultivate strong and transparent working relationships across the organization, ensuring open communication about the measurement of financial, programmatic and impact performance against stated milestones and goals.
Lead with compelling strategic vision that is in alignment with the Company’s short and long-term goals and strategic plan.
Clearly identify a strategy for execution in alignment with long-range plan and strategic priorities to drive revenue and increase market share developing strategic and operational plans for the team, managing execution, and measuring and delivering results.
Lead a small team of designers, developers, and content managers in the design, development, and implementation of website updates and integrations.
Lead analytics and reporting to understand user behavior across all digital channels to help improve site engagement and increase conversion of key metrics.
Oversee the planning and development of site production calendar and ensure all cross functional deliverables are met in accordance with assigned deadlines.
Maintain an incredible relationship with partners, suppliers, brands, and agencies and develop new relationships with relevant partners in order to foster new collaboration opportunities.
Have a comprehensive knowledge of current and future trends and advancements in web technologies in order to drive new business opportunities that focus on ROI.
Manage sales, promotions, and new product launches across digital platforms.
Understand all consumer activations and touchpoints and where new and existing partnerships can come into play.
Develop weekly, monthly, and annual website reports.
Lead a ground up rebuild of entire website through third party.
College diploma a must; higher degree is preferred
5+ years of e-commerce experience
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms
Expert knowledge of the direct to consumer retail industry
Expert knowledge of food industry
History of working closely within the framework of a retail organization specifically with designers, developers, content managers and marketers
Great communication skills and experience establishing and developing productive relationships with colleagues, brands, agency teams and suppliers
