Slipacoff’s Premium Meats is a leading supplier of first-class meat products in Ontario, providing both wholesale and retail service. Its customers are mainly high-end supermarkets and top restaurants. Slipacoff’s Premium Meats also has its own online website to sell their products directly to the individuals.

We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team to be responsible for driving sales profitability and identifying leads and proactively prospecting and selling to customers primarily within Asian communities throughout Ontario province.


Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and achieve the sales business plan for the business by implementing the strategy.
Manages, develops, and maintains business relationships with existing and potential customers / business partners to meet sales objectives.
Work closely with upper management to develop and implement sales and marketing plans and strategies including pricing, margin generation and negotiation of contracts.
Visit customers on a regular basis to provide sales service and discover and evaluate new business opportunity and ensure customer satisfaction.
Proactively monitor and update the customer’s overall business plan to achieve all sales objectives versus plan.
Accountable for the strategic Account plan, based on internal objectives, Marketing, and Business Development plans, as well as external competitive marketplace issues and opportunities.
Effectively manage internal and external relationships, meeting the agreed level of customer contact with all involved parties.
Participate and support Essentia cross-functional teams requesting your services/participation.
Assist in the building of standard implementation and support processes.
Assist in prospecting and qualification activities for new partners.
Regularly meets with Sales Manager to review customer retention and relationship activities, progress versus goals and status of key customer relationships.
All other assigned duties.
Requirements of the Position

College diploma a must; higher degree is preferred
5+ years of sales experience
Expert knowledge of food industry
Great communication skills and experience establishing and developing productive relationships with colleagues, brands, agency teams and suppliers
The ability to influence and interact at all levels.

$45 per hour for 35 hours per week
