Novalex Inc. established in 2007, is a leading retailer and distributor of full line automotive replacement parts. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager. This position is responsible for developing customer relationships and achieving sales revenue targets in his/her territory of responsibility.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists in managing strategic initiatives and improving business growth for realization of Novalex mission;
Responsible for the overall administrative operations management of Novalex;
Introduces new processes and operational systems to enhance success;
Assists with developing forecasts/budgets, monitoring sales and financials and related operations;
Assists with management of warehouse/distribution operations;
Administer centralized purchasing of supplies and additional product selection;
Assists with new branch development and setup;
Oversee and support all human resource needs;
Administer all hiring and firing actions with employees, includes onboarding, employment status verification, etc.;
Effectively conveys corporate policy changes to staff ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
Leads and participates in departmental meetings providing clear communication to provide best support.
Requirements:

Completion of post-secondary education is required
Over 5 years’ work experience in the administrative operations management position
Effective skills in critical thinking, business acumen and problem solving
Excellent communication skills
Business Acumen which includes financial literacy, market orientation, and strategic perspective
Location:  975 Fraser Dr, Unit 11-13, Burlington, ON L7L 4X8

 

Salary: $30.00 to $35.00 / Hour, 35 hours per week
