Job Description

Company Overview: Northernchem Inc., headquartered in Niagara Falls, Ontario, is a Canadian high-tech chemical and pharmaceutical company providing quality products and research & development. Our business includes (1) New drug R&D (2) Pharmaceutical intermediates (3) Natural & health products (4) 3D Printing.

We are actively recruiting for an Export Sales Manager to increase our products sales in our international markets.

Hours: 30 hours per week

Salary: $46 per hour

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Location of Work: 8485 Montrose Road, Niagara Falls, ON, L2H 3L7

Responsibilities:

•      Engage and conduct business with Northernchem Inc.’s existing international customers.

•      Explore and develop new prospects and business in Asia, Middle-East and other territories and countries.

•      Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities.

•      Develop new customers and motivate the company’s existing customer/distributor base.

•      Acquire a detailed and thorough knowledge of the company’s products, technical, manufacturing and packaging aspects.

•      Finalize and submit product registration to overseas government agencies.

•      Provide effective, efficient and quick & responsive after-sales support service to customers.

•      Able to offer a practical approach to problem solving if appropriate.

•      Exploit any new areas of business opportunities.

•      Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts through all stages of the sales process, including registration documents for overseas health authorities.

 

Qualifications:

•      Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university;

•      Minimum five years of demonstrated export sales experience;

•      Have an understanding of the technical details of health products;

•      Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively.

•      Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiating, and people management skills.

•      Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills.

•      Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

•      Fluent Chinese is a must.
