Bigtech CLI Inc. is one of Canada’s leading providers of advanced technology services. We are looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Manager to join us to lead the sales and marketing department to achieve our business goals.

 

Responsibilities

Develop a business plan, sales strategy and action plans for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Manage the sales and marketing teams and plan, direct or coordinate sales and marketing policies and programs.
Identify, develop or evaluate sales and marketing activities and policies to promote products and services by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives.
Analyze sales statistics, determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
Oversee regional and local sales & marketing managers and their staffs.
Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
Determine price schedules and discount rates.
Research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas, or gather information to determine potential sales of a product or service, or create a marketing campaign and plan advertising services.
Develop creative and integrated marketing campaigns designed to increase the sales.
Coordinate with event and webinar team on all partner tradeshows and virtual events.
Attend trade shows and other promotional events to increase Bigtech’s brand awareness.

 

Education, Experience and Skills

College diploma is required.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management and marketing.
Experience in IT industry
Dedicated and proven sales leader able to drive sales teams.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Strong leadership skills, exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
The ability to work under pressure and hit goals and deadlines.

 

Salary: $38.50 per hour, 35 hours per week
